Flavours of the world - Cream Ale
Ale of Top Fermentation. The formula of this ale was born and tested in the Studio of Volfas Engelman. That is the first ale the appearance of which was determined by very good evaluations of the test batch. In its recipe the light Pilsen malt and peas have been used the latter give to this ale the sensation of cream consistence and solid foam. Of rich amber colour, non-filtered, due to that turbid, of aroma and taste typical of ale.
