Beer mail - Hoppy Lager
Unlike many traditional lager type beers, Hoppy Lager is much more expressive, more intense dark amber–chestnut color, it has unique aroma of American hops, and a full, memorable flavor.
It takes 1 month to produce this beer. Hoppy lager is hopped twice – while making the wort and later in the cold phase, when the beer is cooled at the end of fermentation. This way the hops give exceptional excellent aromas to the beer. The combination of Pilzen type light barley malt, caramel and red caramel barley malt and gives fullness to the beer and creates pleasant caramel and malt combination taste in the mouth.
American Mosaic and Chinook hops give an exceptional aroma: tropical fruits, citrus fruits, mango, bubble gum notes and a pleasant but memorable bitterness.
