To make NEIPA cloudy we use wheat and oat malt because of the higher amount of protein in them which affects the desired cloudyness. Special yeasts are used for this purpose also. Citra and Mocaic hops combine the full range of multicolored aromas, enhance the feeling of freshness and fruityness in the taste.
Dry hopping with Citra and Mosaic hops is used in the production of beer - in the cold brewing phase.
The colour of this beer reminiscents of thick pineapple juice.
This beer goes perfectly with Peruvian ceviche, salmon, spicy chicken wings, gorgonzola and cambozola cheese, lemon pie, lemon sorbet.
