Alaus laiškai - BRUT DES FLANDRES
The double fermentation method and long maturation used in the production of "Brut des Flandres". Beer yeast is used in the primary fermentation, sparkling wine yeast is added in the secondary fermentation, and it creates the play of small explosive bubbles and gives exclusive freshness. Beer is matured at low temperature for at least a month before it naturally clears. A gentle sweet aroma of flowers, citrus and ripe fruit tones.
We recommend tasting from sparkling wine or a tasting glass of "Beer Mail" to reveal all the best qualities of this beer.
