This product in the Flavours of the World collection – this genuine BELGIAN BLONDE ALE is unique in the way it’s produced. Lemondrop hops enrich this ale with characteristic citrus aromas. Special Belgian blonde-style yeast is used in the fermentation process to produce a Belgian spice aroma that is not dominant but noticeable.
Its recipe was developed in the mini-brewery of the Volfas Engelman Studio based on the best European analogues of the Belgian blonde ale. During the tastings at the Studio and trade fairs, its taste received high marks, which is it was decided to bring the beer into large-scale production.
