

Beer production
In order to ensure quality, beer production is controlled at all stages of the beverage production, by performing physical, chemical and microbial tests.

Milling
In the brewery malt is milled in a special cylinder mashmat.

Mashing
Mash delivered from the mashmat to the mash tuns can be mashed without cooking in infusion way or with cooking – decoction.


Filtration
So that the beer was transparent, stable and of good marketable condition, it is filtered.

Filling
The filtered beer is poured to different containers of four types – KEG small barrel casks, plastic bottles, glass bottles and cans.

Volfas Engelman
The most loved, leading and most often purchased from Lithuanian beer brands. Such, according to the beer brand evaluation study, is Wolfs Engelman. We are 1.5 times more favorable than our closest competitors, and the female audience is even more favorable than the overall audience. Also, according to the study, Wolfs Engelman outperforms its competitors in terms of the share of regular customers and criteria such as consumer loyalty or willingness to pay a higher price for products.
Leadership and recognition
At the end of 2024, Olvi, together with the research company Supercrush, conducted a study of beer brands in the Baltic States (Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia) to determine consumer habits when choosing beer. The study data shows that the most beloved brand in Lithuania is Volfas Engelman - it surpassed its competitors in both brand attractiveness and overall brand value.
