The emergence of the Studio was a long-matured idea

The idea of having a Studio or 'mini brewery' was live for quite some time. While traveling around to different countries, we analyzed the best practices in the world, collected ideas and concepts. We have visited over 20 different locations: we tried to get inspiration from the best ideas, look for how they can be applied in the space we create, while maintaining uniqueness and evolving inimitable feeling and experience. Our primary and main purpose was the creation and development of new products. On the other hand, we tried to avoid the image of a secret testing laboratory. On the contrary: we tried to be open to people, to introduce the brewing process from a little bit closer. Thus, the product development mission expanded to an open mini-brewery with a tasting center and exhibition.

Space resembling the beer workshop

The studio became a space reminiscent of a beer workshop, a place for an interactive creative process. Here we experiment, taste, and ask the opinions of colleagues and future consumers. We start producing the most successful results of the creative process in larger quantities and launch them into life. Imagine a space where you can hear the beer being brewed, the smell of wort and hops and the warmth of the brewing beer, and all the equipment - malt mill, kettle, fermentation tanks - is within reach. This is our Studio.
Beer lovers, connoisseurs and all those interested in the rather mystified processes of the birth of beer have the opportunity not only to taste, get to know the types and history of beer, but also to practically participate in the production process. After being in such a space, our visitor can feel like a much more connoisseur of beer and its culture. The studio has already managed to become a place where you can not only visit and get acquainted with the production of wrapped products, taste them, but also create something new, interesting and unusual.
Also, we improvise not only with beer creation: we give food production partners space to create different snacks and dishes, to look for unique solutions that go well with different types of beer. It is an exclusive and fun culinary journey, combining different qualities of exceptional flavors of drinks and food.

"Consumers are very often surprised when they have the opportunity to see how beer is made or even participate in the production process. All myths and stereotypes collapse - beer turns out to be a living product with a unique production path, and far away from an industrial drink," says Marius Horbačauskas, CEO of "Wolfas Engelman".
During the creative process, truly unique, exclusive, perhaps even very personal, signature drinks can be born. We spent quite some time thinking about the titles or names for the types of beer that will be born in this Studio. Finally, we settled on the idea of calling it as the series of "Beer Letters". After all, there are many and various letters and they come from all over the world - every time they are different, unique, often very personal and exclusive, addressed to that particular person. It is quite similar with our beer that is born in our Studio. Here everyone can discover their own flavor or to find already liked taste of beer. White IPA from Seattle, Ruby Stout from Dublin, Chili Pils from Veracruz in Mexico and Cream Ale from Brighton were also born in Studio.

BEER BAR ON WEEKENDS

Today, our Studio can be visited in two ways: first one - during a tour, when you can learn in detail about beer birth processes, seeing it from very close. Second option - visiting Studio as a bar from Thursdays to Saturdays, sipping an already created exclusive hop drink, hearing and seeing how another beer is being made nearby. We invite all exclusive spaces' lovers and exclusive taste seekers to spend weekends here, in Studio.

Where else in the city center can you find such a unique bar-brewery?

On Thursdays and Fridays, we invite you to stop by from 6:00 p.m., and on Saturdays we are open from 3:00 p.m.
As we do have big screen, we do not leave our passionate fans without the sports competitions broadcasts, as well as try to display all the most important events. So, basically, if it is what to see - we will stream.
Unique space, exclusive drinks, perfectly matched food - perfect to create delicious memories.
