1410 - Dark ale
1410 „Tamsusis Elis“ is a dark ale of special technology produced of water, roasted and light malt barley and hops. For the fermenting of this beer English yeast of high fermentation widely recognized in the world is used, it ferments ale at a higher temperature of 14-25°C and due to forming esthers give to it a sweetish, fruity taste. The ale is embittered with the help of hops. Historically Ale is the first type of beer which was cooked for ages, till the cold bottom fermenting was not invented.
