DYNAMI:T ENERGY RACING TEAM „IN THE RACE ENEOS 1006KM“

Brief statistics of Dynami:t Energy team members: Mantas Matukaitis participated in the Eneos 1006 km race 5 times and 5 times won the cup. Tadas Aganauskas participated in 4 races. He won 4 cups. Aistė Antanaityte-Matukaitė took part in 3 endurance races and brought home 3 cups. Benediktas Sinkevičius, who in the Eneos 1006 km Race is participating for the second year, placed a second trophy on his shelf. This year, the team won 3rd place in the A3000 class.

Statistics show one hundred percent success. But how long can it last? Especially for a low-budget team driving a standard BMW M3 car turned into sports cars in a workshop in Kaunas. Eventually, the success stops. And it did in this year's Eneos 1006km Race.

“During the training, we encountered various problems, not all of them were solved, we coped with them. We hoped that something else would come up, but everything that could come up, did,” said Mantas Matukaitis.

INTRODUCED NEW TECHNOLOGIES

Although the Dynami:t Energy team was not successful this year, it allowed viewers to see the race from a racer's perspective. For the first time, the team broadcast the race live from inside the car, which was watched by more than 2,000 viewers on Youtube. The viewers saw even the event organizers during the broadcast.
The team said the live broadcast from inside the car allowed their friends to see the drivers and adjust to the race, and gave a unique opportunity to sit inside the car during the race.
This innovation was not the only one for the Dynami:t Energy team during the race weekend. At their headquarters, they use solar panels for electricity.
“This year we have decided to pay attention to the topic that is most often forgotten in racing – ecology. We discussed with our partners NoGrid what measures could we implement, so we decided to install solar panels at our headquarters. The energy supplied by the solar powered all the household equipment,” said Mindaugas Valiūnas, the project manager of the team, who transported the team's guests in an electric Volkswagen E-Golf.
