Unlike many traditional lager type beers, Hoppy Lager is much more expressive, more intense dark amber–chestnut color, it has unique aroma of American hops, and a full, memorable flavor.

New England IPA was born in the United States. The first well-known example of this style was brewed in 2011.

Completely unpredictable and exclusive light type ale, moderately bitter, very refreshing, fragrant with mangoes and tropics. Bright subtle yellow color, that reminiscents of mango juice. It’s an unforgettable ale that shows how standard beers differ from craft.

Dark and viscous beer texture is created by using caramel, roasted barley malt, hulled oats. The moderately noticeable raspberry makes it a dessert type beer, therefore exclusive among the other porter beers.

Brut Des Flandres is produced using a double fermentation method and long maturation. Beer yeast is used in the primary fermentation, and sparkling wine yeast is added in the secondary fermentation, which creates a play of small popping bubbles, which give the beer its exceptional freshness. The beer is matured at a low temperature for at least a month until it is naturally clarified. It has a mildly sweet aroma with tones of flowers, citrus, and ripe fruit.

YUZU PASSION. A balanced combination of three malts: wheat, light and caramel barley.

Pistachio Madagascar Vanilla Pastry Stout is without a doubt the most dessert-like craft beer ever created in the Volfas Engelman Studio. Unique in the noble subtlety of roasted coffee and chocolate, thanks to the characteristics of several different malts used. The fructose-glucose syrup gives the beer a pleasant sweetness, while the exotic harmony of vanilla and pistachio aromas, derived from a raw composite unique to this style of beer, makes this stout special.
